Refunds & returns policy
Belle Foi Spa will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, to ensure the purity of our products we do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise. Gift with Purchase (GWP) items and samples must be sent back unused and unopened with your returning items in order for a full refund or exchange to be processed.
You must contact us for any items that need to be returned. Returns that are not authorized may experience delays in processing. Returns that are received with proper authorization will be refunded within 7-10 business days of receipt. The refund will be processed to the same credit card, or bank account that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Belle Foi Spa for your records.

Please note: We do not accept returns under any circumstances for bottles that are faulty, pumps not working, Tubes that have burst or damaged boxes.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that for all items return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once the product is received , it will be the sole discretion of Belle Foi Spa Management to refund the client with shipping costs.
Damaged in Transit
We take extreme care to ensure the goods are packaged securely to arrive in excellent condition. Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 7 business days after receipt of your delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please return the box, packing materials, and the damaged items to Belle Foi Spa Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
It is always important to use products as directed on the label, but in the extreme case your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists (no later than 14 days from purchase date). If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will refund the product. We would require a letter from your doctor stating that it is indeed the product that caused the reaction, and not another outside influence such as foods or liquids consumed, we’re here to help you achieve happy and healthy skin! should you suffer from allergies and are allergic to any specific substances then please check the products ingredients list or contact us so can find out for you if the product you wish to purchase contains these ingredients.
Incorrectly Ordered Items
Accidents happen and we will accommodate you as best as possible. If you have incorrectly ordered an item, please call us to let us know. The product will need to be returned and received by us in pristine condition, unopened, unused and the packaging not damaged in anyway. All shipping charges for the product/s returned to us and replacement products sent out are the responsibility of the customer.
Returning Orders Paid by Gift Certificates
An online store credit voucher will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. Belle Foi Spa does not offer any refunds in the form of cash or exchange of Gift Certificate returned

For orders that we may not be able to fulfill completely, we reserve the right to substitute items with a suitable alternative. Belle Foi Spa complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

MAKE-UP – Due to the nature of Make-Up products and the many colors and shades we cannot accept these items for return, and request that item colors are checked prior to purchase.

Cancellation of orders
Orders placed may be cancelled at any time prior to payment. Should payment be received the order may only cancelled and subject to the following fees:
- a) Prior to payment – 0%
- b) Prior to shipment but after having made payment – 20%
- c) After packing, shipment and return to Belle Foi Spa (packaged unopened) – 30% plus shipping costs.
- d) After the package is delivered to the shippers – no cancellation.
NB: all shipping costs shall be borne by the clients irrespective of cause and reason , it will be the sole discretion of Belle Foi Spa`s management whether a shipping refund shall be issued.

Belle Foi Spa’s stock products mainly consist of items that contain an expiry date, are either fast or slow moving. Due to these properties it is impossible for us to carry large quantities or any stock at all of such items, these items we mainly purchase from our supplier after receipt of an order this normally takes 1-3days until we can fulfill these order for shipment to the client.
Should an item be out of stock for more than 7 days from the date of placement of an order, Belle Foi Spa will inform the client and the client will have the following options:
- To wait until the product becomes available and in stock again. Belle Foi Spa will ship outstanding “Free of charge” to the client.
- To cancel the item and have the cost of the item either credited to the clients account or have the cost of the item refunded into the clients banking account.
- Should a purchased item be discontinued then a client may opt to purchase another similar product or have the product refunded into the clients account or banking account.
As we replenish stock almost on a daily basis from the suppliers – the situation may arise where both the supplier and Belle Foi Spa are out of stock – In this case the client will be contacted and section 3 above applies.
Account Credits and Refunds
Belle Foi Spa will gladly refund you when the error is due to the fault of Belle Foi Spa e.g. Item out of STOCK. No Other refunds will be given and we will provide you with GIFT VOUCHER.
Belle Foi Spa uses FASTWAY Courier Services, PostNet to ship your parcels, Should a parcel be stolen or go missing Belle Foi Spa will replace the parcel or goods to the max value of R1,000.00 (Only within South African territory). Parcel tracking numbers are e-mailed to you once the parcel has been shipped with further instructions regarding the delivery if required. You can also pick up your parcel from Belle Foi Spa if it is of better convenience
Belle Foi Spa is not responsible for late deliveries nor does Belle Foi Spa Guarantee any delivery dates or times, as the cause may be out Belle Foi Spa`s hands, these causes are normally due to incorrect addresses supplied, delivery vehicle failure, Strikes. etc.
Belle Foi Spa provides clients with a continual flow promotions and Discounts, gifts
Promotions may be from Belle Foi Spa or from A Belle Foi Spa`s suppliers and may be purchased under the following conditions.
All Promotions on Belle Foi Spa are only made available for a certain period of time and are subject to stock availability. Promotions may only be purchased whilst it is being advertised on bellefoispa.co.za and must be fully paid for during this period. Belle Foi spa reserves the right not to honor any order that contains expired special deals or discounts.

Items such as Cleansers, Toners, Mini’s, Trial sizes do not qualify as products regarding all specials, nor do they qualify to add to an orders value.
